Ward off the stress and anxiety this winter by practicing self-care!
Studies show that mindfulness can decrease anxiety, depression, and perceived stress. There are also increases in life satisfaction, competence, vitality, and optimism. As part of our new “Whole Marketer Promise”, AMA Triangle has teamed up with AMA PDX and Growga to bring you a series of virtual yoga and meditation sessions you can practice right at home.
Growga's Work Towards Accessibility
Through our GrowgaGives Program, we are working to bring mindfulness to all. 100% of the proceeds go to scholarships for students and teachers, and to support our work within organizations with limited resources. 1% of all revenue goes toward this cause to create more mindful communities.
