AMA Impact delivers pro bono marketing support and fundraising for local nonprofits. It gives volunteers a way to extend their skills beyond the chapter—strengthening nonprofits and giving back to the community we serve. We do this by:
- Amplifying nonprofit voices with pro bono marketing services
- Creating meaningful volunteer experiences that connect members to community impact
- Delivering hands-on support through workshops, project sprints, and fundraising events that raise awareness and dollars

Do I need to be an AMA member to volunteer?
Most opportunities require membership. Become a member here and select “Triangle” as your chapter.
How much time is required?
Flexible! Event roles are typically 2–4 hours/month; leadership/operations roles can be ~6–8 hours/month or more. If you only have an hour to volunteer, we will find an opportunity for you to do so.
Can volunteering help my career?
Absolutely. We align work with your interests, offer leadership experiences, and provide letters of recommendation for major contributions.
How will my contributions be recognized?
Monthly spotlights, annual awards, and recognition across AMA Triangle channels.
