The Triangle Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) has been recognized by the National organization with five Chapter Excellence Awards (CEA) for its efforts in the fiscal year 2023-24.
The Chapter received three awards for excellence in Community Outreach, Communications and Leadership, and the volunteer organization received a special merit award for its efforts in Programming.
In addition, the Triangle Chapter was awarded a Platinum Excellence Award, which is given annually to Chapters that have demonstrated continued excellence for five years in a row.
The Chapter Excellence Awards (CEA) are given annually by the National organization to recognize the work that is carried out at the local level.
“This is a tremendous honor,” former Chapter President Hayden Sherwood. “Not only does it reflect the hard work put forth by our volunteers, but it also speaks to our ongoing efforts to provide the very best service to our members and the larger marketing community in the Triangle area.”
